What you will do

• Build and maintain 3DS infrastructure services to enhance payment security and customer trust.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and services for global payment processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and financial partners to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the technology stack.
• Optimize critical components within the online payment processing flow.
• Engage with global engineering teams to foster effective communication and technical alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong aptitude for system thinking and designing elegant, abstract patterns.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality code, with a preference for Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with production systems and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of HTTP, RESTful APIs, OAuth2.0, and JWT.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Aliyun).
• Familiarity with Nginx or Istio service mesh.
