What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience, including product launches and client go-live processes.
• Manage and optimize critical daily compliance operations, including transaction monitoring, KYC, and name screening.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Translate emerging regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Monitor regional payment and treasury operations, including the safeguarding of customer funds.
• Define and report on KPIs to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, startups, or top-tier consulting.
• Fluent English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv.
