What you will do

• Develop and lead validation strategies for functional, performance, and stress testing.
• Execute complex test plans from RTL simulation and emulation through physical silicon bring-up.
• Perform hands-on debug in the lab using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Build test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated regression frameworks.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and software teams to drive root cause analysis.
• Validate ML accelerator performance and reliability using real-world neural network workloads.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Cupertino, CA, Austin, TX, or Bedford, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system validation and hardware engineering.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one language (Python, C/C++, Rust, Go).
• Domain expertise in PCIe, HBM, GPUs, or ML hardware architecture.
• Experience with the full validation lifecycle including RTL simulation and emulation.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS data center deployments.
• Experience with firmware development (BIOS, BMC, drivers).
• Deep knowledge of EDA simulation tools like VCS, Questa, or Xcelium.
