What you will do
- Facilitate business case creation for production and reduction initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between project management, planning, and Production Leadership.
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, including budget and schedule reviews.
- Prepare status reports and monitor project progress.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet quality and productivity objectives.
- Collaborate with ME leadership and stakeholders to intervene and solve complex problems.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required for Secret security clearance.
- Experience in production operations, manufacturing engineering, or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage large-scale projects.
- Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Fort Worth, TX.
