TL;DR

Prj Mgt & Pln Opns Rep Sr: Managing F-35 Production Engineering projects across modernization, affordability, tooling/special test equipment, and field modifications with an accent on earned value management (EVM) performance tracking and proposal/baseline development. Focus on coordinating cross-functional execution, reviewing basis of estimates (BOEs), and completing project closure with financial reconciliation.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of F-35 Production Engineering projects, including follow-on modernization, affordability/cost reduction, tooling and special test equipment implementation, and field modifications.
  • Execute CAM project management phases: proposal integration and baseline development.
  • Track and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) performance and support project closure and financial reconciliation.
  • Support staffing “rockpile” management by aligning planned and high-potential work to production needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to drive seamless execution.

Requirements

  • CAM certification.
  • CAM, finance, project management, and/or program management experience.
  • Experience interfacing and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with Production Engineering and Program Management.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing, writing, and evaluating Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • US citizenship required due to government security clearance requirement (Secret).
