What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of data platform projects from design to deployment.

• Coordinate hybrid delivery models between onsite consulting teams and offshore engineering pods.
• Define MVP boundaries and author implementation roadmaps to translate architectural designs into business value.
• Establish governance frameworks to scale data platform capabilities and drive long-term monetization.

Requirements

• Deep project management experience within Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, or Markets ecosystems.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale data programs including Cloud Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
• Strong execution knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with bank-grade security, data sovereignty, and financial regulatory landscapes.
• Experience working with Azure, Databricks, or Cloudera environments.
