What you will do

• Support build stream closure and ensure all deliverables are documented and lessons learned are captured.
• Track and maintain RAID logs and delivery dependencies while driving follow-ups.
• Assist in the selection and ongoing management of vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical delivery teams, solution architects, and IT teams to manage risks and issues.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure alignment with target-state core banking architecture.
• Coordinate deployment schedules and ensure operational readiness prior to cutover.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with at least two core banking platforms such as Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Fiserv.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex, multi-functional build teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Prior consulting experience.
• Regional (APAC) delivery experience.
