What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
• Handle document management for internal teams and external contractors, ensuring version control and secure storage.
• Coordinate reconciliations, reports, and operational documents for internal and external counterparties.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable teams to process transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Accounting teams to address operational issues and optimize workflows.
• Advise internal stakeholders on transaction processing requirements and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing administration, or finance operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and document management workflows.
• Experience with ERP, finance, or document management systems.
• Must be based remotely from the USA - East Coast.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Strong Excel or spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting skills.
