What you will do

• Analyze and draft commercial contracts, including payment services, POS, gateway, and acquiring contracts.
• Negotiate licenses and service agreements in collaboration with business units and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures across local affiliates.
• Conduct legal research and prepare information notes for Greek management.
• Manage corporate governance matters and monitor regulations impacting Merchant Services business lines.

Requirements

• Legal degree and active license to practice law in Greece.
• 3 years of experience in law firms or in-house, preferably in IT or banking sectors.
• Experience with complex IT partnerships, PSP contracts, and public procurement processes.
• Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property.
• English: C1+ (Excellent command of legal and business English).
