What you will do

• Conduct sample receipt and data entry using LIMS tracking.
• Perform sample preparation and analysis following SOPs and EPA reference methods.
• Draft and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for management review.
• Provide general laboratory and glassware preparation support.
• Execute administrative tasks including filing, word processing, and database maintenance.

Requirements

• Must pass a U.S. federal security screening prior to beginning employment.
• Associates Degree in Physical Sciences or Business with 3+ years of experience, or a HS Diploma with 6+ years of experience in an environmental laboratory.
• Working knowledge of analytical laboratory operations, logistics, and hazardous waste management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word processing and spreadsheets).

Nice to have

• Possession of 40-hour HAZWOPER and RCRA Training.
