What you will do

  • Run social listening analysis on campaign performance, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform brand and product strategies.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys and concept tests.
  • Produce rapid intelligence reports and dashboards for key launches, events, and competitive moments.
  • Translate complex, unstructured data into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a global reporting framework to ensure consistency across regional teams.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Growth Strategists to optimize content measurement and performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in social listening, market research, or consumer insights.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and data analysis.
  • Expert understanding of audience behavior on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
  • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity for varied audiences.
  • Must be based in the US to align with the San Francisco hub operations.
