TL;DR

AI Strategist (SaaS): Designing, deploying, and scaling AI workflows for IT and service teams to transform business operations with an accent on technical implementation and GTM strategy. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote depending on state, or Hybrid in New York City)

Salary: $129,600 - $147,200

What you will do

  • Lead customer engagements from post-sale ideation to delivery, ensuring rapid deployment and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop implementation plans for IT and service management workflows, incorporating high-value AI use cases and success metrics.
  • Provide hands-on guidance for environment configuration and migration of legacy workflows into the AI platform.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, process, and adoption risks during deployment to prevent project stalls.
  • Create a comprehensive, reusable playbook of best practices and technical configurations for scaling the team and customer base.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to inform the roadmap and GTM strategy based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Deep understanding of IT and service team personas, operational pain points, and service delivery workflows.
  • Proven experience helping customers evaluate, adopt, or scale AI/ML tools in their workflows.
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and workshops to both technical and C-level audiences.
  • Strong data literacy; familiarity with Python or SQL is a major plus.

  • Experience operating in early-stage or incubation motions where playbooks are evolving in real time.
  • Strong builder mentality and intellectual curiosity about emerging AI tools and technologies.
