What you will do
- Provide comprehensive technical support and project assistance for data management solutions including Central, MX Deposit, Imago, and OpenGround.
- Act as a regional technical advocate, supporting the sales team with product demonstrations and implementation plans.
- Deliver technical training to new customers to integrate solutions into their professional workflows.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop best practices, structured demonstrations, and training materials.
- Conduct user health checks to identify opportunities for additional support, training, or sales.
- Mentor junior team members to build their technical confidence and expertise.
Requirements
- Degree in geosciences, geoscience engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in geoscience and data management.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Experience with data management or 3D modeling software, ideally the Leapfrog suite.
- Strong understanding of data structures, integrations, networking technology, and platforms.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
