What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives and operational foundations for the EMEA sales organization
• Shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organization
• Drive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences
• Independently lead high-priority GTM initiatives addressing complex, high-impact problems
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey to optimize resource deployment

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Professional Services
• Combined experience in high-tech growth environments and highly analytical roles (e.g., Investment Banking, PE, VC, or Strategy Consulting)
• Demonstrated ability to act as an effective business partner and influence without direct authority
• Proven experience operating autonomously as a senior Individual Contributor (IC)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
