Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite full-time in Starbase, TX (Brownsville area). Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Run a full-desk recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Partner with client groups to define headcount, hiring strategies, and review interview feedback.
• Execute sourcing campaigns to attract passive candidates and manage high-volume applicant pipelines.
• Coordinate the candidate experience, including conducting site tours for onsite interviews.
• Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and initiate background checks.
• Collaborate directly with Director and VP-level technical leaders to fill critical positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience (Associate degree + 2 years or 3+ years professional experience).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite full-time in Starbase, TX.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience within an in-house environment.
• Experience recruiting aerospace, electrical, and mechanical engineers or skilled labor.
• Expertise in non-standard sourcing methods such as cold calling and ad hoc networking events.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and distinguish top 5% talent within their fields.
