What you will do

• Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedules.
• Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical stock.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and Supervisor.
• Investigate root causes of recurring inventory discrepancies, with Level II performing complex in-depth analysis.
• Track and oversee corrective actions to ensure long-term resolution effectiveness.
• Drive and recommend process improvements related to inventory integrity practices.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; College degree or specialized training in materials or inventory preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience (Level I) or 3-5 years of experience (Level II) in inventory or materials.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets, specifically Excel.
• Understanding of inventory systems and product structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to perform root cause analysis on inventory data.
