What you will do

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital products.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and facilitate usability testing.
• Analyze user data and research insights to suggest tactical design improvements.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to implement design specifications.
• Contribute to the evolution and documentation of the design system.
• Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking to identify friction points in the user journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of industry experience in digital product design or UX/UI.
• Portfolio showcasing 1–2 end-to-end design projects (research, ideation, and execution).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Knowledge of human-centered design, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in FinTech or consumer banking.
• Familiarity with agile development environments.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
