What you will do

  • Lead GSOC operations across all shifts, ensuring consistent, high-quality monitoring and response.
  • Oversee incident response protocols, escalation procedures, reporting, and post-incident analysis.
  • Manage operational readiness for global incidents, including emergency events, safety concerns, and business disruptions.
  • Direct real-time response to security incidents and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive GSOC strategy, technology modernization, KPI development, and alignment with enterprise security, risk management, and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop GSOC personnel; establish training programs, performance standards, and staffing models.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate physical security, emergency operations centers, or military operations.
  • Minimum 2 years leading multi-site security operations.
  • Working knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, and risk intelligence.
  • Experience using data analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer networking and telecommunications.
  • Ability to operate in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts and maintain on-call availability for escalations and high-priority incidents.
