What you will do

• Design detailed, dynamic virtual environments using VBS4 Editor and VBS Geo.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational briefs into targeted mission profiles.
• Integrate proprietary unmanned vehicles and loitering munitions into tactical scenarios.
• Develop multi-stage training curriculums for system mastery.
• Playtest and validate scenarios to ensure tactical realism and stability.
• Provide hands-on support during live training sessions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in VBS4 or Arma mission design.
• Strong understanding of mission-flow logic, trigger conditions, and event chains.
• Deep familiarity with sandbox engine logic and behaviour trees.
• Solid grasp of military tactics, doctrinal procedures, and operational decision-making.
• Ability to work onsite in Munich.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in VBS Geo or OneArc terrain-modification tools.
• Understanding of simulation performance constraints and soldier-proof design.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical mission logic.
