What you will do

• Set the creative vision for your product area and maintain high standards for design quality.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers while fostering a culture of rigorous critique and psychological safety.
• Engage directly in hands-on design work, from shaping early frameworks to refining interaction logic.
• Drive design strategy across the full Discover, Define, and Deliver lifecycle.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Analytics around a shared design direction.
• Identify team capability gaps and execute strategies for hiring and development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including at least 4 years in leadership and management roles.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered or AI-adjacent product experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality craft at the system level.
• Deep fluency with Figma and experience working with mature design systems.
