What you will do

• Assist in managing and responding to subpoenas, potential disputes, and regulatory inquiries.
• Support the legal team in maintaining eDiscovery workflows and document review processes.
• Manage the litigation hold process and coordinate technical document collections.
• Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct first-pass review of external counsel invoices and manage e-billing.
• Design and refine legal processes to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification required.
• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation, eDiscovery, or regulatory response.
• Must have current United States work authorization (no H-1B sponsorship support).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and legal hold/e-billing software.
• Experience with discovery databases such as Relativity.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
