What you will do

• Design, simulate, and implement internally developed software-defined radio hardware.
• Perform hardware bringup and debugging in the lab using high-end instrumentation.
• Develop code to evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate radio systems into the spacecraft.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required for export compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test PCBA hardware from scratch.
• Solid foundation in analog, digital, mixed-signal, or RF design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with software-defined radios.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or similar PCB software.
• Experience with analysis tools like ADS, ANSYS, or Matlab.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Experience with soldering, rework, and EE lab bench equipment.
