Deployment Strategist (AI): Leading the end-to-end capture, deployment, and scaling of Agentic AI capabilities within the NRO and NGA with an accent on navigating complex IC acquisition authorities and mission-critical data pipelines. Focus on building deep relationships with SES-level sponsors, orchestrating teaming agreements with Tier 1 primes, and transitioning advanced AI prototypes into production-grade intelligence workflows.

Location: Must be based in the National Capital Region (Springfield/Bethesda corridor preferred) with the ability to operate in classified environments.

What you will do

• Own the full-spectrum capture lifecycle, shaping requirements and influencing acquisition strategies for NRO and NGA.
• Develop and execute account strategies to position AI capabilities within major modernization programs like GEOINT Pathfinder.
• Navigate complex IC-specific acquisition vehicles including BAAs, OTAs, and classified program contracts.
• Collaborate with mission engineers and imagery analysts to translate operational needs into technical specifications for Agentic AI.
• Orchestrate teaming agreements with Tier 1 primes to secure Scale's position in winning proposals.
• Lead account delivery, ensuring successful transition from prototype to enterprise-wide standard.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or program capture within the Intelligence Community.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Polygraph strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of closing and implementing multi-year IC contracts exceeding $25M.
• Deep domain fluency in GEOINT, overhead collection, and multi-INT fusion challenges.
• Existing, active relationships with SES-level sponsors and PEO staff at NRO and NGA.
• Must be based in the National Capital Region with ability to work in classified environments.
