What you will do

• Standardize program management templates to track deliverables across engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and track critical program milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and develop dashboards to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Review project-level technical deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships across teams to drive progress in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Foster City, CA, 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics).
• Demonstrated passion for technical subjects through projects, hobbies, or side hustles.
• Proven ability to ship projects and improve team collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Deep curiosity for autonomous vehicles and complex hardware/software systems.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in a technology company or program management.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Basic scripting or data analysis skills (Python, SQL).
