What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for ecosystem surfaces including home, sharing, profiles, and discovery.
• Run continuous discovery through user interviews, session replays, and usability testing.
• Partner with design to shape flows from concept to shipped experience.
• Drive delivery with engineering by writing specs, managing sprints, and maintaining quality.
• Track performance using analytics platforms like Amplitude to inform prioritization.
• Shape growth strategy by identifying funnel gaps and running experiments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Around 5 years of product management experience in consumer, social, or creator-facing environments.
• Strong design eye with the ability to articulate flow and detail issues.
• Hands-on experience with UXR, including recruiting, interviewing, and synthesizing findings.
• Proven ability to own delivery directly with engineers from scoping to monitoring.
• Metrics fluency with experience in funnel analysis and event tracking platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with growth funnels, onboarding optimization, or lifecycle engagement.
• Familiarity with monetization UX, paywall design, and pricing page mechanics.
• Background in music, creative tools, or the broader creator economy.
• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows for research and spec writing.
