What you will do

• Manage contractor staff, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate administrative activities and onboarding for new team members.
• Oversee eDiscovery processes and IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and government stakeholders.
• Ensure project schedules, milestones, and deliverables meet contract requirements.
• Enforce work standards and implement training programs to maintain operational quality.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in eDiscovery program management and technical subject matter expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing large-scale physical and virtual IT infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, RFQ performance, and quality assurance.
