Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Role is based in New York, NY or Albany, NY with hybrid/remote flexibility.

Salary: $124,895.40 – $169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Monitor legal changes impacting civil and criminal litigation to update FBI discovery policies.
• Provide technical advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades and patches prior to deployment.
• Verify that proposed technical solutions meet underlying business requirements.
• Manage legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of materials.
• Create and update standard operating procedures for litigation technology roles.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Relativity (beyond document review).
• Familiarity with the full EDRM lifecycle.
