Что делать

• Create photorealistic assets meeting AAA project standards.
• Prepare and optimize assets for real-time game engine performance.
• Configure materials, tiles, and decals for game environments.
• Work with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
• Collaborate with technical artists and game designers on asset integration.
• Perform optimization and bug fixing for 3D environments.

Требования

• Relevant higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist.
• Proficiency in low-poly and high-poly creation using Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.
• Solid understanding of PBR pipeline, UV mapping, and map baking (normal, AO).
• Experience with texturing in Substance Painter.
• Must be proficient in English or Russian.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
