What you will do

- Identify impactful opportunities to apply ML models in collaboration with business leaders.
- Partner with ML engineers, researchers, and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into the product.
- Define the personalization roadmap aligned with broader business objectives.
- Analyze user data to uncover actionable insights and drive decision-making.
- Translate complex algorithmic concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and personalization algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of user experience design and its impact on product success.
- Postgraduate degree (MS or PhD) in an applied quantitative field (e.g., Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics).
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
