TL;DR

Senior Reward Manager (Total Rewards): Developing and implementing innovative, company-wide total rewards strategies to attract and retain global talent with an accent on compensation design, job architecture, and M&A integration. Focus on partnering with senior leadership to shape reward philosophy and influence executive decision-making in a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based permanently at our Sydney HQ. Relocation to Sydney, Australia is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement innovative, company-wide total rewards strategies.
  • Lead high-impact projects including job architecture evolution and M&A integrations.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights.
  • Use market data and forward-looking analysis to identify emerging trends.
  • Prepare executive-level and board-ready content on reward matters.
  • Mentor and uplift capability within the reward function.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in total rewards within global, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise across compensation and benefits design with strong analytical capability.
  • Strong commercial acumen connecting reward strategy to business performance.
  • Proven track record leading complex, transformational reward initiatives.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia for a permanent role at HQ.
