What you will do
- Design and maintain end-to-end payment flows including checkout, top-ups, and subscriptions.
- Build and operate APIs and services using C# and .NET.
- Develop frontend components using modern frameworks like React.
- Integrate and manage third-party payment service provider APIs.
- Handle asynchronous workflows, webhooks, and system reconciliation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents for revenue-critical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with full-stack web development using .NET (C#).
- Proficiency in modern web frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience integrating payment systems or financial APIs.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, idempotency, and eventual consistency.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in a professional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment providers like Stripe, Adyen, or Braintree.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements such as PCI.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia payment methods like PayNow or GrabPay.
- Experience operating high-availability, revenue-generating systems.
