What you will do

• Define and refresh the visual identity for the Kits AI vocal creation suite.
• Design end-to-end workflows for vocal generation, transformation, and cloning.
• Implement design guardrails and trust signals to ensure ethical AI usage.
• Scale design efforts across web, VST plugin, desktop, and mobile surfaces.
• Own the product's marketing and growth surfaces, including landing pages and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust design system to accelerate team velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in both brand and product.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Exceptional craft and visual judgment with a focus on user experience.
• Proficiency in using AI-native tools like Cursor or Claude in the design workflow.
• Proven ability to operate as a sole designer or within small, autonomous teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with PMs and engineers.

Nice to have

• Genuine passion for music and creator culture.
• Experience designing for audio tools, music software, or creator products.
• Front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, React).
• Experience designing subscription or freemium business models.
