What you will do

• Create, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok.
• Maximize ROAS and achieve aggressive mobile user acquisition targets.
• Manage attribution and data integrity using AppsFlyer.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and validate effective ad copy and video scripts.
• Utilize AI tools for campaign optimization and strategic performance analysis.
• Perform self-serve data analysis using SQL, Looker, or Tableau.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance or Growth Marketing with a focus on Mobile App Growth.
• Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer.
• Proven track record of ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding USD 300k.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

• Experience in the Fintech or Gaming industries.
• Familiarity with marketing products in the Cryptocurrency space.
