What you will do

• Proactively grow services sales, including service plans and steam system audits, within the Leinster region.
• Develop new business opportunities from initial diagnosis to order placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast weekly and monthly services sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, service teams, and project colleagues to meet targets.
• Analyze market trends to inform sales activity and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven front-line industrial or B2B sales experience.
• Experience developing new business using a consultative selling approach.
• Track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a technical, engineering, or business discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
