What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery, taking features from specification to production.
• Build and maintain backend systems, product APIs, and data pipelines using Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into core product features and voice agent backends.
• Develop pragmatic frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript to support product slices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete deliverables.
• Ensure high production reliability, handling data integrity, API versioning, and error paths.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams or entire product lines in early-stage and scalable environments.
• Proven ability to ship and scale end-to-end product features with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical depth in Python (FastAPI, async patterns), Postgres, and Redis.
• Experience building products where AI/LLMs are in the critical path.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for shipping frontend features and reviewing PRs.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London

Nice to have

• Experience with voice agents or real-time audio pipelines.
• Familiarity with agent observability, evals, or guardrails.
• Knowledge of GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in recruiting tech, marketplaces, or matching systems.
