What you will do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding experience, content, logistics, and measurement across multiple time zones and legal entities.
  • Build and run the performance framework, partnering with HRBPs to ensure consistent application across functions and geographies.
  • Lead manager development programs to support and develop management capabilities at scale.
  • Manage People program workstream for market expansion including onboarding localization and policy adaptation.
  • Partner with People Tech on system and data process design behind all people programs.
  • Establish operating rhythms, planning cycles, and cross-functional coordination within the People function.

Requirements

  • Experience building scalable People programs during rapid company growth.
  • Proven track record leading manager development at scale in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience supporting geographic expansion from a People perspective including employment law and employee experience.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of People programs, People Tech, and HRBPs with clear functional handoffs.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and development of People professionals.
