What you will do

• Lead the strategy, selection, and rollout of an LMS to serve as the backbone for national AI delivery.
• Define and own the course catalog, ensuring programs are modular and designed to drive adoption of company use cases.
• Adapt learning programs across geographies, prioritizing localization of language, institutional context, and cultural norms.
• Deliver high-stakes workshops and briefings to public sector stakeholders, from working teams to senior leadership.
• Build a measurement layer that connects learning outcomes directly to adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to establish the company's presence in the regional AI-learning conversation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or enablement.
• Demonstrated technical foundation in GenAI to teach concepts directly to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience selecting and scaling an LMS platform.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience presenting to senior government stakeholders.
• Arabic and English proficiency strongly preferred for delivery.
• Experience scaling learning programs across multiple geographies.
