What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive content moderation policies to ensure a safe user environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers, driving the transition toward AI-automated moderation tools.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for moderation accuracy, response efficiency, and AI model performance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to deploy next-generation moderation tools and enforcement mechanisms.
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party moderation technology vendors and ensure continuous innovation.
• Investigate and resolve escalations, user complaints, and inquiries from external authorities or platform partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Technical Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced B2C technology companies or engineering-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms, livestreaming ecosystems, and platform integrity challenges.
• Experience managing legal and operational risks related to platform policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and cross-functional project management skills.
• English: C1+ required (Russian is a strong advantage).
