What you will do

• Lead complex transformation, digitalization, and IT initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality targets.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align diverse business interests.
• Proactively mitigate risks and manage escalations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in leading complex programs or transformation initiatives.
• Proven success in large-scale corporate environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as railway, transportation, or utilities.
• Background in organizational change and matrix organizations.
• Professional fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
