Test Analyst (IAM)

What you will do

• Participate in SRE activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Test new features and enhancements for the IAM tool and maintain detailed documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans and use cases for Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze outputs of delivered scripts and document findings for developers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of objectives.
• Recommend tool improvements and provide knowledge sharing and assistance to junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in software testing or QA within SRE or Agile environments.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and documenting defects.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, or HP UFT.
• Basic scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Linux (Red Hat) experience.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, Okta, Saviynt IGA, or RSA IGL.
• Experience with ETL tools like Pentaho Data Integration.
• Knowledge of user stores (LDAP/AD) and data stores (SQL).
• Experience with JIRA and SQL Developer.
