What you will do

• Own the Agentic Platform strategy and roadmap, translating organizational outcomes into concrete platform capabilities.
• Drive the development of a managed agent runtime supporting multi-step orchestration, model gateway abstraction, and guardrails.
• Build an MCP connector ecosystem for standardized, bidirectional communication with various enterprise systems of record.
• Establish a three-layer intelligence data architecture comprising knowledge graphs, context graphs, and temporal memory.
• Ship an AI-judge evaluation pipeline with golden datasets and mandatory quality gates in CI/CD.
• Design a self-service developer experience using SDKs, CLIs, and templates to enable production in under 4 weeks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on internal platforms or developer-experience products.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture trade-offs such as sync vs async and context window management.
• Experience defining and shipping developer tools including SDKs, CLIs, and self-service workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Mountain View, California

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks ecosystem, including Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, MLflow, or Delta Lake.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, red-teaming, or automated quality scoring.
• Background in enterprise SaaS platform consolidation or migration.
