What you will do

• Expand the Builder Crews user group program, transitioning from virtual to community-led, in-person experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, and support community leaders by developing playbooks, templates, and operational processes.
• Drive community engagement across social channels and Reddit to amplify customer success stories and AI use cases.
• Build and maintain the operational foundation, including documentation, reporting, and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Education teams.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, customer education, or operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling community programs such as user groups, ambassador programs, or advocacy initiatives.
• AI-native operator mindset with a demonstrated ability to use AI for planning, analysis, and execution.
• Strong program management and operational skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Reddit communities or social engagement programs on third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS customer success, customer education, or product adoption lifecycles.
• Experience designing and building apps specifically within hirify.global.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support international events.
