What you will do

• Act as the primary business partner for the Theater leader to solve problems and manage business operations.
• Build and manage a high-performance team to ensure day-to-day operational excellence within the Alliances team.
• Lead the territory planning, goal setting, and quota assigning processes for the theater.
• Develop and analyze KPIs and metrics to monitor and optimize sales and partner performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the user experience for partners.
• Oversee onboarding, knowledge transfer, and training for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of experience in People Management.
• 10 years of experience in Field Sales or Channel/Partner Operations.
• Proven experience in managing field territory models and leading quota setting processes.
• Expertise in Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. candidate.
