What you will do

• Own the operational backbone of major product launches, tracking workstreams and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage marketing programs, including campaigns, enablement pushes, and content programs.
• Drive tight collaboration across PM, Product Ops, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
• Establish repeatable operating systems such as trackers, status reporting, and launch calendars.
• Manage day-to-day operations with external creative and content agencies to ensure output meets quality bars.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record of running multi-workstream projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience influencing stakeholders from individual contributors to senior executives.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies to deliver against scope.
• Fluency with project tools such as Notion, Asana, or Linear.
• Must be based in London for on-site work

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B SaaS or the legal/professional services space.
• Experience specifically with product launches.
