What you will do

• Communicate with members about medical history and screening results.
• Maintain and update medical records and support member-care workflows.
• Act as a liaison to radiology partners to obtain results and request additional information.
• Support administrative tasks to optimize clinical operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve clinical workflows and SOPs.
• Stay current with clinical standards and participate in clinical research studies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree.
• Compact/multi-state nursing license (NLC/MSL).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity.
• Excellent communication, listening, teamwork, organization, and time management skills.
