What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for market makers and institutional partners across multiple trading APIs and SDKs.
• Serve as primary technical contact post-onboarding, triaging and debugging production issues.
• Write and maintain integration guides, code samples, and SDK documentation.
• Monitor integration health proactively and surface issues early.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
• Act as a technical liaison between trading firms and internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in New York, USA
• Hands-on experience debugging and integrating trading or exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket) in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python; ability to read Rust and TypeScript.
• Excellent technical communication skills bridging trading firms and engineers.
• Experience owning partner technical relationships end to end.
• Solid understanding of electronic trading fundamentals and latency-sensitive systems.

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or on-chain trading venue.
• Background in client integrations for market makers or HFT firms.
• Prior work as solutions engineer or developer relations engineer in fintech or trading technology.
• Familiarity with perpetuals, derivatives, or prediction markets.
