TL;DR
Civil and Facility Engineer: Managing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical infrastructure with an accent on digital solution implementation and installation modernization. Focus on applying GIS data, BIM modeling, and data science to solve complex engineering challenges for federal and commercial stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in the United States (San Antonio, TX). Role may require occasional onsite work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
Compensation: $61,900 – $141,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of physical infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit.
- Utilize GIS data and ESRI software to create actionable products for stakeholders.
- Perform onsite assessments and implement digital modernization solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Present technical findings and documentation to external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Facility, Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Engineering.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with GIS data and ESRI software.
- Proficiency in creating and managing BIM models in AutoCAD Revit.
- Experience with data science, modeling, and visualization.
- Ability to perform field data capture using sensors and hardware.
Nice to have
- Experience working with the Federal Government.
- Knowledge of geospatial, photogrammetry, and LiDAR data.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Bentley Systems.
- Strong technical writing and business development skills.
