TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Kyiv (Onsite role)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues in the Kyiv office, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Configure and deploy macOS and Windows laptops for new hires using MDM solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts and equipment, including onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking.
  • Troubleshoot office network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Process IT requests via Jira Service Management and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
  • Handle IT equipment procurement and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kyiv and able to work onsite full-time.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
  • Proficiency in managing macOS and Windows in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for technical documentation and global communication.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Okta, SSO, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Knowledge of CLI, basic scripting, or VPN awareness.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role or relevant IT certifications.
