What you will do
- Conduct hard and soft skills training sessions for sales promoters.
- Monitor the performance of sales promoters to ensure quality and targets.
- Audit sales promoter competency to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive training materials specifically for sales promoters.
Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a financial company.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an area sales leader or sales trainer.
- Proficiency in sales training and training material development.
Nice to have
- Experience as non-management staff specialized in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
