What you will do

  • Shape and execute the roadmap for the Courses platform serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners.
  • Own end-to-end segments of the learner journey to reduce friction and improve completion outcomes.
  • Lead the development of features for course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, mobile-friendly, and high-performance UI/UX.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize learner engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, marketing, and engineering to drive platform growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Meaningful exposure to B2C or B2B2C learning platforms, content products, or creator-focused SaaS.
  • Proven track record of shipping features that drive measurable improvements in retention and engagement.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility focused on learner journeys and habit formation.
  • Proficiency in using behavioral data, funnel metrics, and cohort analysis to guide product decisions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with a B2C learning or content platform with a demonstrable impact on growth and learner satisfaction.
